Returns & Exchanges

At ETQ, we strive for perfection in every pair, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original ETQ shoebox and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
